Prize Package. 1.1 For this purposes of this SOW #2, “Prize Package” means the “Win the Ultimate American Road Trip with the Guilt Trip” prize package, which consists of the following: (i) round trip economy flight (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees and/or duties) for up to two (2) adults (i.e., the winner and one (1) additional adult) (collectively, the “Recipients”) from a “major” international airport in the country where the Recipients all reside to Los Angeles, California, USA; (ii) a standard size rental car (e.g., a Chevrolet Aveo or similar car with automatic transmission and air conditioning, or a similar car with the same amenities) for the duration of the trip (i.e., nine (9) days total), which rental car shall include GPS navigation. Such car shall come with a comprehensive collision damage waiver with nil excess (e.g. zero deductible), liability insurance of up to One Million ($1,000,000) United States Dollars, shall be insured for theft and include supplementary auto liability insurance. (iii) accommodations in for one (1) night at a 4 star hotel in Los Angeles, CA, two (2) nights in a 4 star hotel in Las Vegas, NV, two (2) nights in a 3 star hotel near Yosemite National Park, USA, two (2) nights in a 4 star hotel in San Francisco, CA and one (1) additional night in a 4 star hotel in Los Angeles, CA in a twin or double room for the Recipients (all Recipients to be lodged in a single room). Hotel accommodations do not include breakfast, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, which will be the responsibility of the Recipients. A credit card for incidentals may be requested by the hotel at check in and therefore at least one of the Recipients must possess and travel with a valid credit card. (iv) communication with winner by Company in winner’s native language; (v) management and coordination of the Prize Package and all components thereof by Company. 1.2 Terms and Conditions. Each Prize Package is subject to the following terms and conditions: (i) each Prize Package is for up to two (2) adults (i.e., the winner and one (1) adult) all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary; (ii) both of the Recipients must be aged 18 or over at the time of travel; (iii) Prize Package redemption and travel is not permitted during the following periods: (a) 21 December 2013 – 3 January 2014; (b) during the month of August 2013 and (c) during certain nationally-recognized public holidays in each winner’s country of residence, of which Company shall provide each winner with advance written notice the first time that Company contacts each winner; (iv) the winner of each Prize Package must provide Company with at least six (6) weeks advance notice of travel; (v) once Company receives signed booking forms from the winner of each Prize Package, no changes will be permitted; (vi) Company will endeavor to accommodate the travel date preferences specified by the winner of each Prize Package, but all travel is subject to availability; (vii) the rental car is subject to the following additional restrictions: (a) the driver of the car must be at least twenty-one (21) years in age and have a have a valid and full clean driver’s license that has been held for over one (1) year; (b) non-EU, Australian or New Zealand license holders may require an international driver’s license or other paperwork; (c) a credit card (not a debit card) in the name of the driver with available funds of Five Hundred ($500) United States Dollars will be required by the car rental company in order for the driver to collect the car; and (d) costs associated with fuel, authorizing one or more additional drivers, and any additional equipment such as baby seats are excluded from the Prize Package and must be paid for by the driver; (viii) in addition to Company’s insurance coverage requirement of Five Million (€5,000,000) Euros set forth in Section 8.2 of the Agreement and One Million ($1,000,000) United States Dollars of liability insurance set forth in Paragraph 1.1 (ii) of this SOW #2, Company will obtain, at Paramount’s cost, additional travel insurance that includes no less than Five Million (£5,000,000) British Pounds Sterling of additional medical insurance coverage, Two Million (£2,000,000) British Pounds Sterling of additional 3rd party liability coverage, Two Thousand Five Hundred (£2,500) British Pounds Sterling of cancellation insurance coverage, One Thousand Five Hundred (£1,500) British Pounds Sterling of baggage insurance and Five Hundred (£500) cash insurance coverage for Recipients; The travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion are aged 60 or over. (iv) if required, the Recipients of each Prize Package must all procure their own visas for the trip to the United States, and any visa or passport charges are their sole responsibility. Company shall not be held responsible for the Recipients being unable to travel and/or realize the benefits of the Prize Package due to visa and/or passport restrictions. Recipients must hold valid passports with at least six (6) months validity at the time of travel; (x) the Prize Package is non-transferable and non-refundable.
