Waited 7 weeks for uPVC French Doors

Hi,
I ordered some French doors from Diamond Windows in Leeds on 31/01/2013. I was told it would take 2 weeks to be delivered. They arrived after 3 weeks, but they were the wrong spec, so I sent them back. They still haven't delivered them and it's 18/03/2013. Nearly 2 months after my original order. What are my rights? I don't really want to get a refund because it will delay the install even more to get another company to make them. Could I get compensation, and what percentage should I demand?
Thanks
Tim

You cannot demand anything.
What are your genuine losses as a result of the delay, start with this. You could probably add a few quid on for inconvenience but if you have not really lost anything you are not entitled to much that is not going to be goodwill on their part (and when it is goodwill demanding anything will just get their backs up - best to ask nicely).Thinking critically since 1996....0
