    I think it would be well worth having a meeting with a solicitor. Many of them offer free consultations these days so you don't have anything to lose just by having a chat with someone.

    Medical negligance has to cause damage. Failure to diagnose that causes no damage is not grounds to sue. Just wanted to clarify that.

    It is however grounds for a complaint.
    The most wasted day is one in which we have not laughed.
