atos assessment - when to ask for esa85

Hello

My mum had her atos assessment on Wednesday 13th March, is it too soon to ring the DWP to ask for the esa85 as the assessor made her do physical activities when she claims for mental problems.

    Why would they do that if she is mentally disabled?

    Thats what i was thinking, The assessor answered his mobile phone, and was on it for about 15 minutes, which lead to us being there for about an hour.

    rung them up and they say they dont have the esa85 yet... she didint know what i was on about, what shall i do now?

    I would fone again; I got my ESA85 sent out the same day as my medical!!

    3 months on, I've got to do t all over again!!
