I have a Magnet kitchen, i have a friend with a Wren kitchen, for me, i would never entertain a Wren kitchen but i realise that all companies have good and bad reviews.

I always believe that you get what you pay for.

I saw the same program & thought what a load of bosh! It was all done for the cameras, for no other reason.

I recently had a Magnet quote for a new kitchen. Also got a quote from Benchmarx, which came in about £1400 cheaper than the Magnet for the comparable kitchen, plus no delivery charge on top.

Anyway, we tried to re-negotiate price with Magnet after letting them see Benchmarx quote & they would not budge. Flatly refused.

Well, it was their loss as bought kitchen from Benchmarx, who were very good & had a driver deliver a replacement door straight away when one was found to be damaged.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

Exactly - If they did the same program concept but with only hidden mic instead of a (not hidden camera) - would have got quite a different result
