Most will use 1 (and probable Equifax or Experian rather than CallCredit) as a primary search, then if a referral or any further underwriting has to be done they will search on the others. There has been a move in more recent years towards dual bureau searching to get a fuller picture. Mainly in the bigger lenders.

The bigger lenders will also share data with all 3 as a rule of thumb.
