Cheap Energy Club not refreshing / working?

Hi,

Signed up to the Cheap Energy Club last month, but when I logged back in again today message instructed to 'refersh results' as were over an hour old/ out of date..

However, whenever I do so it just sits at the 'Refreshing prices" screen...

Please advise?

I think the CEC is a bit wonky. I signed up over the weekend and haven't been able to either log back in or get a password reset (although they have sent me a welcome notification so at least I think they have my email address OK).

I give any tech support questions on here less than a very small chance of being look into though.

The site has been unusable since it was featured in the newsletter last week, which must have curtailed the number of new members signing up for Martin's red nose pledge. I've tried to sign up several times with no joy

Either it can't cope with the traffic or it's a poor web site. Very discouraging

Can you email energyclub@moneysavingexpert.com with the exact problems you're having and the browser you're using and we'll try and help.
