Customer misunderstanding what the statement says?
Let's face it, we're talking about someone who deliberately went over their limit, then wrote:Accepting as i say i knowingly went over my limit i question
a) WHY they allowed it
I bet OP was relieved they "allowed it" at the time, but obviously isn't happy now the charges have kicked it.
Last time I saw an over limit credit card statement it said pay x by y, but pay z immediately to bring account within limit. That was a long time ago. Maybe ten years or so.0
