Can i request separate bills from same supplier?

I currently get my electricity and gas from the same supplier , Scottish Power, but I am not on a dual fuel tariff as far as I am aware. However , as the account is operated online I do not get a paer bill but merely an update on my current balance when I submit meter reading or make payments.
My account is in arrears , which I think is mostly due to high winter gas usage but I would like to get separate Gas and Electricity balances as having a negative balance is stopping me switch either of my Gas or Electricity supplier.
So, is it possible to get "split" bills from the same company / supplier?

Normally with online only accounts you can download (and can print) exactly the same bill in PDF form not just an update on the balance, I'd suggest you log in and explore your account more carefully. It will also tell you what tariff(s) you are on and whether you get any discounts for dual fuel.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

- you are enjoying at least a £200 per year discount on your energy bills for being an online / DD customer
- be careful what you wish for - they will probably do what you ask and bill you on paper .. not online
- that .. .. of course means you will not be entitled to the dual-fuel online discount putting you an extra £200 further in debtDisclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion.
