A couple of weeks ago I installed a cyan toner cartridge, but NOT a Samsung product.
All seemed to be working well, printouts fine but now the printer has announced that it needs all the other cartridges replacing as they have all gone empty at the same time.
A "friend" tells me that the printer has detected a nonOEM cartridge and is therefore reporting an error? Could this be the case?
