Nationwide Flexdirect Internet banking - R85?

I opened up the Nationwide account about 2 weeks ago, i received my card but not my internet banking details. Apparantly, my details didnt match so i had to re-register online.

Anyway, for those that have internet banking with nationwide, do you have the option of requesting an R85 online like santander....with santander i requested an R85 online and didnt need to print the form or send it, it was all set up online...is this the same with Nationwide as it is mainly online based so im assuming this is the case...can anyone shed some light on this topic?

I've just transfered my 2.5k into the account this morning, as only just got my pin yesturday, so will be popping down to the cash point shortly in a couple of hours to see if its transferred yet.

I don't know if it's changed, but I had to fill in an R85 for my savings account with Nationwide and there was no online option, I either had to go into branch to get the form or print it off, then post it. If you search R85 on the help box, it'll give you a link to the form.

May have changed with FlexDirect though?

Santander does an electronic R85 which is just a box to tick on its website.

For Nationwide you will have to print it and bring it to a branch.
