Cheap Energy Club login not working?

So I've signed up to the Cheap Energy Club, carefully writing down my login details, and applied for a money saving switch! But I can't log in to see my account.

I've tried using the forgotten password link.

I've tried waiting a long time for the email (over 10 hours now)

I've tried checking my spam folder.

I've tried a different email address just in case I was having a spasm. Nothing doing.

Any clues?
