I used Premier Elements 7.0 to make a video from my video camera. I now wish to save it to a DVD to show on my DVD player. I followed the link to share to DVD and it churned away quite a long time making a Folder. It offered to make a Quick Share copy too which I accepted. But now I am not sure how to transfer this to my DVD. Can some kind person advise me how I achieve this final step. please? Many thanks.

Look inside the folder and check the folder names?
you should see something like:
\video_ts\ <-- this should have a few files in here
\audio_ts\ <-- this should be empty
If you do then all you need to do is copy those 2 folders and burn them onto a DVD. Hopefully your DVD player will be able to read the disk (all makes of players are different and like some brands of blank DVD's more than others!)
Also did it give you an *.ISO file?
If it did than that should be an image of the DVD. you just need to right click the file and select "burn this image to disk" with a blank DVD in the drive.Laters

The process does vary depending on which version you are using.
If its made a folder then I would guess you haven't set up right to burn directly to disk, (although it does take a while to compile the file before burning). If the menu you are looking at doesn't have this option, check that it's not hidden in a drop-down section of the menu.
The video clip here may help:

Thank you both. I'll give it a try this evening.0

I'm sorry I might have wasted your time. When I loaded it again today it immediately came up with Burn to Disc. If it was there previously I must have missed it, I thought it only offered me Burn to Folder. So anyway, it worked! Thank you for your time it was much appreciated.0
