Remove chimney down to just below roof level.
re tile and neccesary work. skip for rubble.
Soffit boards to be fixed onto already asbestos in new pvc.
Also 6 hip tiles (resecuring) and irons need replacing
it is a 3 bed semi.
cost £1250
Is this a good price??????? they reckon 3-4 days work? Im in north london
