tax credit renewal over phone

Hi does anyone know if you can still renew your tax credit award by phone? Thanks

    I have renewed by phone for the last 2 years.
    I rang with questions and they did it there and then.

    Yes you definately can, I renewed mine just this morning, t/n 0845 300 3900 although that may be just for Northern Ireland I'm not too sure

    yes you can.did ours just other day.you have to wait for your renewal package to arrive first though.

    the guy i spoke to talked very fast,had to ask him to slow down a bit.
    i queried a few points but got unintelligible baffling answers.
    i said "how do you understand this system,it's so complicated".
    he smugly told me they have 3 weeks training:rolleyes:
    so i told him that i'd done a 4 year apprenticeship and because of that was condemned to a life of poor pay and poverty:rotfl: (the 3 p's).
    my self mocking humour was lost on him.

    Yes you can I did mine on Friday. I too phoned with question's and then did it.
