Sorry to bump, but Karen is a friend of mine!
Not sure where the treatment will be, but she has a clinic on Harley Street, London and also a place near Pontefract in WestYorkshire, so I would think it's one of those, will try and contact her to find out.
(I would deffo recommend her too - if you Google her, you'll be able to see all the tv and magazine work she does)
