SSGE - Praise - Great customer service

I had a new front door fitted by SSGE (Norwich) about five years ago.
The door handle was getting a bit stiff when you had to lift it up to turn the key, so I phoned them to ask them to tweak it a bit. They promise a 10 year warranty on all their work, but I was still expecting to argue my case on the phone....but no:
"Oh yeah, I can see from our records when we fitted that; it's well within our warranty, so we can come out this week to sort that for you."
Their workman arrived when promised, tweaked the fit of the door, then decided the lock was a bit 'grindy' so replaced that too.
No hassles, great service - would recommend them to everyone.
