Tried to access another survey today and got a "ID and/or password not found" error.
Until they sort of their problems I'm not going to attempt their Toolbar download.0 -
I had a response telling me it was fixed and to try again, so I did and it said full quota...!! not impressed at all, I had completed possibly 99% of the survey, but at least 90% and I have e-mailed them to tell them so!

They finally got back to me yesterday to say that they had already credited me 200 points for this problem (which they had).
