Hi - This is just to let you know that mesh computers are great when selling computers and with the components that they supply ( probably cos they dont make them), but thier customer services and support is the horrible from my experience. I havewritten to their customer services to see thier response.
They take for ever to answer the calls putting themn on hold on a 0870 number for an average of 15 minutes, and take 3 weeks to send your pc back to you if there is problem, but mined has actually not arrived even after more than a month.

A useful tip to you when dealing with them is to only deal with them by writing (recorded delivery). Their phone support is useless!
