Jet2 Holidays Payment problems online

Anyone else having trouble with the Jet 2 website? Wanted to make a payment last month but as my computer is now Windows 8, this is not possible. Called customer services and they admit there is a problem with Windows 8 and are trying to rectify it.
Now I can't access Manage my Booking thru my IPad and have been trying to call Customer Serives over the past few days, to pay remaining balance. All calls are placed on hold (longest wait was 45 mins before I gave up).
I love Jet2 but this is seriously putting me off booking with them again.

I am trying to manage a group booking for 27 people and Jet2holidays are understaffed and overworked in their admin side of things. 40 minutes plus waiting time on the telephone is common. When you get through they cannot take passenger names. When you email they fail to respond. I have over £10,000 at risk here and wonder if they are about to go bust?:T If a job needs doing, do it :T0

Going bust? Well I'd never say never for any airline; but Dart Group did very well last year and Jet2/Holidays continue to grow successfully by all accounts.
To the OP; pretty poor that a business that does most of its trade via the web cannot handle Windows 8. Have you tried any different browsers, on windows 8 or the iPad? (chrome? Available on both platforms)0
