Ordered a cricket bat from this website some time ago now...They never answer the phone (always engaged) and they never reply to my emails...I paid with a Visa Debit card ...Am I protected?

Could someone check the website for me please as it all seems a bit dodgy now thanks

Just tried all 3 telephone numbers, and they are all engaged.
Paying by debit card is not the same as credit card, you have less protection.
