If you're using OS X then just select Print -> Save as PDF. If you're using Wndows I expect you'll need Acrobat or similar.Wot, no sig?0

If you need a windows PDF writer, try..
http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp
Once installed it'll show up as a Printer, under Printers & Faxes, just select print then whatever options you want and finally send it to the printer and you'll get a dialogue box asking you where to save a file (your PDF).Blah0 -
I've used both cutepdf and pdf995 and they work fine, appearing, as print options as mentioned by DanRogl.
Great for compressing large powerpoint docs into something more manageable."Who throws a shoe, honestly?"

I use PDF creator http://www.pdfforge.org/products/pdfcreator it has no catches like brand footers you cannot remove and additionally can output to jpg, tiff etc.
It's also a great way of checking that a web page or document can be printed properly before you actually print it.0 -
I use PrimoPDF, which is free to use and doesn't have any advertising banners and the like. It works in a similar way as CutePDF does, by installing a virtual printer.
