powerpoint presentation into PDF?

If you're using OS X then just select Print -> Save as PDF. If you're using Wndows I expect you'll need Acrobat or similar.

If you need a windows PDF writer, try..

Once installed it'll show up as a Printer, under Printers & Faxes, just select print then whatever options you want and finally send it to the printer and you'll get a dialogue box asking you where to save a file (your PDF).

I've used both cutepdf and pdf995 and they work fine, appearing, as print options as mentioned by DanRogl.

Great for compressing large powerpoint docs into something more manageable.

I use PDF creator http://www.pdfforge.org/products/pdfcreator it has no catches like brand footers you cannot remove and additionally can output to jpg, tiff etc.

It's also a great way of checking that a web page or document can be printed properly before you actually print it.

I use PrimoPDF, which is free to use and doesn't have any advertising banners and the like. It works in a similar way as CutePDF does, by installing a virtual printer.
