hi i have only been with my bank 4 years can i still claim my charges back? or do i need to include my previous bank giving me my minimum of 6?

yes, the limit is a MAX of 6 years back, so you could claim 4 years with this bank + 2 years with the old bank (on seperate claims to each of those banks, send 4 year claim to new bank . 2 year claim to old bank)Ex forum ambassador
