LLOYDS TSB address change part two!

Where do I start with Lloyds TSB! Well I am hoping that this is the final complaint I make to them....
Having taken three months and a promise to resend statements four times, to get them to change my wifes credit card address. We then recieved a letter from Scottish Widow thanking us for the change of address!!!!! We then found out that LTSB had changed to the wrong address, which then changed the Scotish Widow address...... so for that LTSB cleared and closed the credit card account.
So thinking I was finally free from LTSB i checked my credit score to find a current account in debt to the tune of £87. So after a phonecall to find out nothing (I had no account details so I couldnt get into the account) I went searching the small amount of paperwork we have.
I found a page from an old statement so phoned back....it seems when we left the UK in Dec 10 we were within our overdraft. We completed a change of address form in Mar 11, but as it was not signed by both my wife and I they could not change the joint account. Although they were happy to change our individual loan accounts. So in April when they had a statement returned from our old address, they stopped sending statements.
So since Apr 11, they have allowed the interest to be added onto the account. They have never contacted me to tell me the form did not cover the joint account, or ask me to complete another form......
Any advice on the interest and how to tackle the lack of customer service when it comes to the address change of the joint account.
