Ruffle Germanys feathers if Chinese money came in

Why? There's free movement of capital for many years. The Chinese most likely see little value in investing in Cyprus. Basic raw materials and commodities along with technology are what they are after.

I was talking about the mini Vegas idea - I know exactly what the Chinese are after

There is now talk of some heavyweight law suits - with the entire board being indicted

Perhaps Lord Levison fancies a holiday in the sun - he can take Gideon with him for his expertise too!!

"C0ck-up or conspiracy?" possibly both - Here in the UK reports that suggest that the senior directors/managers of Brandford & Bingley/Halifax/BOS/RBS appeared to be less capable than some amateur posters on MSE back in 2007.

How a bank managed to get out of the top one of the PIGS [PIIGS?] in 2009 and then plunged back in again, beggars belief.

I wish the current class action, mounted by the victims or RBS capital raising efforts the best of luck.
