Has anyone used Lawcomm Solicitors, please? What are they like? I am selling a flat for £110k and they quoted:
Selling Lease Type : Leasehold
Selling Property Value : 110000
Sale conveyancing costs: £299.00
VAT on costs @20%: £59.80
Office Copy Entries £10.00
Telegraphic Transfer Fee : £36.00
Mortgage Admin Fee ( Included Vat ) : £90.00
Total £494.80

I used them twice for a sale and a purchase (separate occasions years apart) and found them to be reasonably efficient. They are a warehouse which means that your case is dealt with along with lots of others, but there were no surprise fees and they did exactly what they said they would.Debt Free! Long road, but we did it
