Totally sight unseen of course but yes thats probably a sensible ballpark figure without having to resort to defrauding HMCR.In your opinion, considering i need to pay for everything including fitting costs is it possible to do it for 3k ? (to a good quality standard?) ie good make of sanitary items and fitting?
