Most high street lendersI am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. providing the mortgage is well covered most lenders will do it. May not publicise it but certainly there. A phone call to the lender you want to use will clarify.

Approaching lenders direct won't always get you the right response as different terms are used.. for example " non simultaneous sale and purchase"
also these need to be " packaged " in a way to ensure they fit in with the complex lending criteria,
ie some want proof of consent to let, and rental assessment,( covering the debt by differing margins) others don't, or it may depend on credit rating / LTV
Even the main broker mortgage sourcing systems don't seem to get it right , its often down to our own experience to source the matching criteria to the best rateAny posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0 -
Goto a broker, whole of market, no fee0

Can anyone recommend a broker who is whole of market and has no fee0

Opening yourself to be spammed .... Whatever you do, don't use anyone who sends you a Private Message, brokers are not allowed to do that on here, but some do trawl the site and would jump on that .
Make sure you deal with someone who knows Let2Buy .
Martin's articles indicates a few national brokers (personally I would say never sure of quality of adviser you get with large firms- some are great others ????) also he states
In the Chat Forum's Mortgage Board some mortgage brokers voluntarily answer questions - it's an easy non-committal start option. Many are fees free whole of market mortgage brokers, so if they do help you, there is no reason not to process your mortgage via them (always ask them the questions first). However, as always the golden rule is do seek more than one opinion before deciding.
BUT in the words of Theo & Duncan ... just to make it clear I'm counting myself out ( would not want my reply to look like touting) ..
If you want to post your circumstances I ( and no doubt others) will tell you if its a goer, but I won't make a lender recommendation.Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0
