I also received another credit agreement having sent a signed one off, so was a bit worried in case original had gone missing. When I rang, they confirmed they had just received mine, but it was their normal practice to send another out if first not received.

I got one yesterday, good job in my case though as my daughter drew me a picture on the original one at the weekend which I didn't discover until Wednesday

  • I had the same thing happen to me. Received the second agreement about 7-10 days after the first. Also happened with my application for Lloyds 0% card so its maybe a standard practice for some/all companies.

I think their signup campaign is not being handled properly, since they're sending out targetted mailshots to existing customers who are not eligible to apply.
    I know nothing
  • I applied for an Abbey (MBNA) Visa, and then (after re-thinking) an egg one a few days later. I ignored the first credit agreement from Abbey, as i already had received the egg card :T . They then sent a second, so i returned it unsigned with a letter telling them to stop bugging me.
