Hi David.

Should have time for 1 more before needing to cancel, and collect my samplers fee. Any suggestions ?

My garden is just a grass square with badly laid patio.
Have plans for it although landlord insists it has to be in original condition when I leave. One corner is to have bright blue fireplace with outdoor fire pit in it so can sit around the fire in the evenings (on my own obviously but who cares if it is actually warm enough this summer will happily do it alone.)
The other far corner I would like an old fashion toilet, one of the ones with cistern high up to use as planter.
One will be bbq area and one sunbeds.
Basically all rooms of the house covered, lounge , kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
Although maybe I should get a chaise longue as well.
Not a great gardener so want the features to be ott instead.

May the odds be ever in your favour;)
