    Afternoon all

Not been around much as RL been in the way...mind you OH has gone back to PL now so back to it ;)

Had a very nice (albeit freezing) day out at Longleat on Saturday, good use of cc vouchers. If anyone's thinking of going I definitely recommend it. Just try not to go when it's really cold :o

Ooh wine...if that Hardys at £10.99 is in the 2 for £10 offer and discounts at 25% full up my trolley tomorrow will contain 18 bottles of it thus:

    18 bottles @ £5 each £90.00
    less 25% x £10.99 x 18 -£49.46
    less £5 wys moc -£5.00

    Total £35.54
    £1.97 per bottle :T

Surely that Hardys won't be in the 2 for £10 though..

2 for £10 banner just disappeared :(

I walked 27 miles today, which is my first marathon :j
Did 5 lessons of Japanese and listened to some German on my iPod too, so time not wasted :D

I stuffed up the Radox, but I read elsewhere it is over? The Bombay Pots were still coming up at 5p after briefly going full price t'other day, so that's good news :j

No other bargains sadly. Has anyone seen the Real Food mags in Br!sl!ngton? Couldn't find em. Oh, yes, the Finest Meal Deal is a good'un - mentioned elsewhere - get the red Montepulciano wine and do a comparison shop and you'll get back £1.99 back cf. Asda, so meal deal for £8.01. I tried to use a printed £2 Finest coupon as well but it told me I hadn't met the minimum spend for the coupon  so I will be contacting Customer Service about that.

I didn't see any magazines (at all) in Sadly Broke the other day :(. Well done on the 27 miles walk, amazing. You could always do the alternative world record shopping trolley run whilst doing your marathon maybe.

Ta. I can indeed now confirm: currently under 2 hrs. But OTOH the working day in their office might finish sometime soon: not sure if this whole process is automated or needs a mgr to sign of batches etc.
