Got damaged somehow when our power went out on Friday and Saturday, using DSes iPhone as a tether? Not getting long on as he keeps using it in house instead of wifi

You 3 been somewhere together :eek:When The Fun Stops Stop0 -
Hello again:).
I've been lurking (oh no:eek:) for a while and have caught up with some of the posts from last night and this morning. I've also been doing some minor tinkering with some of my lists - more on this below.
I managed to call in at HB tonight - lots and lots of single creme eggs & bought 16 of them for £2.00:T. I happened to walk past WH Smith's on the way back, and noticed they had "2 for £1.00" in the window on them. I felt almost tempted to take in my 16 eggs and ask if they would buy them from me for £4.00 and then sell them on at a 100% mark-up, which would also allow me to make double what I paid (and then go back to HBs for some more!) - or they could make even more if some people bought a single egg and not 2 for £1.00!
I went into Morries briefly as it's walking distance. The Fantas are on £1.99 bogof (for when Sains' 99p offer ends 26/3, assumed not rolled over) - but you'd have to be outside N Ireland & buy two different ones for APG to recognise the bogof vs M (and assumes both flavours have been picked up by the price collectors).
Last time (just before I went offline for a while) I said not much seemed to have changed in M on the Monday, only to find lots had actually changed when I checked in detail on the Wednes.
Today, it seems quite a few offers that were on last week are not on anymore, but also that there don't seem to be many new offers replacing them instead - or at least not any new offers that I think offer good enough value. For example, some small pack of Sugar Puffs now £1.00 - but that's over 30p/100g - well over my roughly 20p/100g limit. It also seems much of the S/P stuff vs M (including the Batter Mix) should still be same price (that on my last list anyway) but this awaits a check from me in detail (to be done this Wednesday).
As a number of offers have gone, and not been replaced by (what to me seem) good offers, it's probably the case - although it's possible more products might go on offer on Wednesday - that a vs M shop isn't that worthwhile this week although, for me, as a founder member twenty years ago of the 'Institute' for Non-Buying, this may be the better comparison for me to do late this week. I've got quite a lot of stuff already, to see me through, and a small top-up vs M, and including 3x the milk, just the number I will then need, seems ideal (also this may include other milk, such as semi-skimmed, for those who don't want the 1% fat milk). Sometimes not buying anything at all is the best way to save money!
Now a few changes on my lists (although unfortunately I lack the resources to do comprehensive updating, aside from the usual price check at M this Wednesday - in fact "check" rather understates it, price depth more like!:rotfl:) I've lost a few pence last week, due to putting the S/P 100 Food Bags on an Avs M shop, only for A to reduce its price to more than 10% off the M price two days later, and from brandmatching Sains. to T's 69p on the Pineapple/Coconut Juice only to find it on Lidl at 59p today, although I have saved a lot more pounds than the pence lost! So the appropriate lists have now been amended - also (though I haven't added this as it awaits a full depth - so as not to cause confusion and so as to preserve the archive, I am not amending the M list that ran until yesterday) the McVities Gold bars I notice are 87p in M today - I thought I'd put them on some list vs someone else at £1.00, but I'm glad to see this isn't so! Expect to see them on the M list later this week. Finally, the whole cucumber, which I added yesterday to the T PP vs A on discovering it was (still?) 50p in A - now I see that T are 2 for £1, so I've moved it again!!
As well as the creme eggs – HB to WH Smith – I noticed, when I was in M, that they have some Milk Trays (the smaller 400g boxes) at £6.64 at the moment (it may be £4.66 or £6.44, I forget which, but the point remains the same) – perhaps they’d buy some Milk Tray boxes from me at £4 each and sell them on at a profit (as I obtained them much cheaper than what they are selling them for!)?
Finally, finally, finally, unless I have missed something, it wasn't APG multibuy glitch today. In this circumstance, I am making a fine distinction (very fine distinction indeed!) - I did not predict that today was going to be multibuy glitch day but, rather, I had predicted that it was going to be such a glitch day. I posted a couple of days ago, after the Fanta multibuys were reported to have disappeared briefly from MSM.co.uk, that perhaps it would be glitch day - and SFSB took that theme up, correctly saying that I am "not often wrong" (may not be exact quote). This morning, when I couldn't post anything, my own feeling was that the disappearance was so brief, that it was very unlikely it would be a multibuy glitch day today, although I had predicted (note the past tense) that it might happen. So, I’ll say: I had predicted it (that is, before this morning) but, as of this morning, I changed this and no longer predicted it anymore. The fact I was unable to communicate that change (as getting ready for work and no time) does not change that fact.
In sum, the brevity (as I correctly thought this morning) meant it was/is unlikely to have any impact - but if the disappearance and rebooting of the m'buys on MSM.co.uk lasts longer than it did a couple of days ago, they perhaps we should look out (two days after it happens). Back soon (possibly!):D0 -

there are tampons that are priced at 90p rtc but actually cost 45p. Coupons are 75p off.
Found some lite with a purple logo, also a yellow ultra lite. Definitely takes money off shopping:D So far found in two different stores.
Not got those in my store, only Tampons are in 20 packs for £1.80:("Sealed Pot challenge" member No. 138

[Strike]Five[/Strike] [Strike]8[/Strike] 10 thanks already for a long post! (I just decided to put everything into one easy post, in one place, rather than post five different ones, each on the five (or more) separate topics that I wanted to deal with.):rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:(Perhaps it works - at least you're only spending 2 or 3 minutes, now, reading the post rather than twenty or so seconds every hour through the night - which might, in theory, waste more time!:rotfl:)0
