Got damaged somehow when our power went out on Friday and Saturday, using DSes iPhone as a tether? Not getting long on as he keeps using it in house instead of wifi :mad:

Very frustrating, after reading about the amounts for tesco I was about to change my £26 I had into points. Then wait for some of the rest to become payable for more tesco points. I better get it sorted, I had about £50 pending and £70 odd tracked. So not happy. Wouldn't mind if there was some issue and they contacted me, but it seems my account has just vanished. Maybe better to cash out as soon as you can.

try contacting them through the fb page, there were a few on there and they were asking them to pm login names so they could look into individual cases. Hth
