Hi peeps. I was thinking this morning (dangerous I know) about my last nights DTD dealings with Mr.T. I have come to the conclusion that at least 1 of the so called "customer services" was 1. Trying to intimidate me and 2. Falsifying here "position" within Mr.T and even 3. I don't think she should have even been involved in the conversation at all seeing as her badge pointed to her working for "Tesco Direct". Her desk is about 6 meters away from CS so I think she was just trying to "Gang up" so to speak.
Now for clarity here is my post from yesterday
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=59999373&postcount=9686
The bit I am interested in is this -Them - One of them now step forward in attempt to "control" situation - "I am from Tesco LEGAL Department" (I squint my eyes to clearly show her im looking at her badge - Her - Oh That says team leader for tesco direct but I honestly do work in the legal department (Course you do love lol)Sir you have not been overcharged as you can clearly see on the packet it is labelled CLEARLY (her emphasis) at £10 per KG - The other one you bought is CLEARLY labelled at £5 per KG..
I am just thinking that if I were a "little old lady" I may well have been intimidated by this false "legal eagle" into backing off and paying full price ect. The other point is when Duty manager agreed with me she had a face like thunder and litterally rushed back to her own desk which IMHO is where she should have stayed through out the whole thing.
What do you guys and gals think ? Does she need a little retraining ? Does she need reminding of her actual job title and what that job entails and what it does not cover ?
So in the end do I just leave it seeing as I "won" OR Should I drop an email to head office to point out the error of this Mr.T employee's ways ? I really am 50/50 at the moment. I mean on one hand I won and am perfectly able to defend/stand up to any jumped up Mr.T staff lol. But on the other hand if this had been my misses/sister or the little old lady across the road I am fairly confident that they would have felt intimidated and also may have either 1. Accepted an over charge or 2. Let them cancel the transaction altogether which is obviously not what Mr.T wants as otherwise they would not have DTD.
I want your thoughts people lol.0 -

wasn't dorito's waitrose.
Yes it was but it is not glitching consistently - I posted my results about 4am. Chilli Heatwave seemed to be a common trigger in both my shops (1 with 2 of Chilli Heatwave, 1 with 1xChilli Heatwave and 1xCool Original) other Doritos in both shops compared normally - but the post above me at 4am also posted some others working. I did 2 shops (so also stung for quite a bit aka paid normal price!), only 2/4 packs in each of my shops worked and none of the dips.

Now let me make clear to save you all reading that thread again if you don't wish - I got my DTD after duty manager come along and informed them that I was correct and they were to give me DTD.

It depends as someone who is in it for the long game I would just move onwards to the next dtd. I wouldn't want to risk raising my profile. If on the other hand you aren't bothered about raising your profile or rarely get dtd then complain. Personally I would only complain if I didn't get dtd in the end and it was worth it.
I am afraid I would be selfish and let the little old ladies fight their own pricing battles.:p:o0 -

Doritos update - please note on MSM just now (not logged in) that the £1 each/2 for £3.50 tag has gone off all versions of Doritos (was there when I bought around midnight) so it may already have updated on APG (or will do when it feeds through) and should be considered "at risk" as a glitch.
