What about in the checked in baggage?
Don't worry about thawing/ leaking that's my problem
Strange things people take on their holidays ... I hope the leg of lamb has a good break.

Was this definitely an A v T shop? I only ask as the yogs are a similar price in A and T, but only 34p each in S and that comparison would make more sense.
My thinking is, buy 10 for £4 in A, and get an apg for £2.66. If this is the case then yogs are less than 14p each.
Comparison is £5.72 - £3.40 = £2.32 + 10%;)
Glad these worked as I posted earlier. Thanks to QBR for her/his help in getting to the correct price.0 -
Well, generally a good day
Postie delivered a couple of freebie bits; Colgate and tea bag. Love these little things that are perfect for taking on holidays :j
Invited to Tesco Home Panels trial of antibacterial wipes. What with this and E45 from BzzAgent couldn't have chosen more appropriate products at the moment :T
MIL popped to Ts earlier and had bought some things I could shopitise. She not remotely interested so gave me her receipt, along with 'this other weird receipt' - was a PP voucher that she was ready to chuck in my bin. Only 40p but better than a poke in the eye
Had another 'meals on wheels' delivery of fish pie, lasagne, soup and pasta bake from lovely colleagues :A
And OH has just rung from Ts to say he couldn't find any of the KitKat 4 fingers at £1 with 100% extra free. With a little encouragement he had a rumble at the back of the shelf and Bingo! :j Will put the kettle on for cuppa to go with one ready for when he gets home. Wonder if he's managed any whoopsies?
Any news on your Dad Newbie?
Nice to hear from you Tinyshoes, hope you're looking after yourself too :A
Pleased to see your colleagues are still thinking of you ,it must be a good help, sending meals over.
Get plenty of rest and cuddles with the little ones.
May have a look at T/M plants voucher burning hole!0 -
Correct :T
Allow me
A's are 6 for £3.00 for the 150g corner
S are 34p each so 6 x .34 = £2.04
10 % of £2.04 = .204 ( round down to 20p)
£3.00 - £2.04 = £0.96 + £0.20 = £1.16 / 6 = £0.193r ( discount per yoghurt ) or 31p each to buy ( for the benefit of Shirley)
All of the 150g flavours should work with this except 135g Muller Corner Crunch Strawberry Shortcake
But as I posted earlier, they are £4 for 10 in A but mys is showing them as 6 for £3. So you will pay £4 but the apg will show it as £3 + 4x 68p = 5.72, S will show 10=£3.40 so apg for 2.32+10%=2.55. Paid £4 in the first place, so 1.45 for 10=14.5p each. QBR will check my maths again.;)0 -
Just a little glitch at my local tesco express. Tesco longlife smooth orange juice, apple and pineapple juice (1 litre) 50p but buy two for £1.70! Tesco getting their sums wrong again. Don't know whether this is nationwide. Forgot to check in my extra today. Value orange and apple juice is 65p by the way.0

They should be blue (or if you are really lucky gold) and sitting on top of the road about an inch high on your screen, very visible. Just click on them and the egg should crack and go in your egg store on the side of your screen. When you have found 3, the screen tells you that you are a winner.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
