I withdrew my winnings this morning. Ive just logged in and it all looks ok....obviously it'll take a few days for the winnings to go back into my account.

I think Simone ( who won the large amount last night) spoke to them via live chat earlier, could the people with suspended accounts try that?? or do you need to be logged in?.........

I withdrew mine last night. I logged on today around lunchtime and was still able to get in, so it's only become suspended in the last few hours. I've emailed them......:(

My BGO looks ok at the moment. Is it possible accounts have been suspended until they receive verifying documents for withdrawals? Have you had any email requests or anything?

There can be some confusion over these booklets/leaflets with the 2pound off finest voucher. In my store there are the actual real food magazines which include the finest voucher and the others including the tomato one, but there is also - at the end of the tills - a 4 page leaflet called Finest, with a picture of roast beef on the front which only includes the finest 2pound voucher on the back page and not the other ones.
