Thanks to op on lloreal casting creme hair dye at asda. Think it was sarahdol ?. Picked up 3 today at £2, colours were medium brown and cherry black (all others £5). Just used my last one from summer apg glitch. Also saw some cheap hairdyes for lighter brown hair in wilkinsons last week reduced to £1. HTH x
Glad you got some hair dye, but not guilty wasn't me who mentioned it. Must check out my local.
Edit: Just checked back it was Witch Hazel, who reported them at £2.00 each.0 -

We dont drink alcohol and would like to take cans of soft drinks to save money.......do we need to smuggle it in????
Hide it in suitcases etc???
We live in Southampton, so its not far to take it but we have no idea of the protocol
Don't bother trying to smuggle it - your luggage/bags get x-rayed when boarding and bottles, cans etc are usually confiscated. Far better imo is to purchase a soft drinks package. They usually have alcoholic/soft packages to suit most people and tbh it means that you don't have to think twice about the cost etc leaving you free of the worry that you gonna get lumbered with a big bill. HTH and hope you enjoy the cruise.0 -

Loving all the cucumber posts.....but I still just bought 1
My OHs appointment went well, I think. Today was just an assessment/chat to see if the therapy would be suitable for him. It's called mindfulness based CBT. It's about not getting depressed about the past or anxious about the future and concentrating on strategies for coping with the here and now. I think it sounds really positive. It's fairly new to the PCT in this area so OH is fortunate to be offered a place. He starts an 8 week course of it next month :j:j he's more ......but he's like that about everything just now.
Is this the sort of thing TM was talking about the other week? I wonder
fc I had mindfulness cd's from library and found the techniques really helped at a stressful timeJust a quick post to say daughter is home from hospital and we are waiting for a referral to the mental health team. I am on constant watch all the time as I have been told not to leave her. However if appears she had been saving the paracetomol for some time. Had a sort out of tablets in the house and all there is now is about 4 paracetomol and some gastro intestinal tablets i take.
I am feeling the strain and had a bad bout of D&V yesterday. i am going for my ECG on Wednesday although I know my blood pressure is well up.
I am going to see if I can get respite care for Mum as I dont think I can deal with that stress aswell.
On a positive note I got my Caesers bingo £40.40 tcb, £45.00 cAESERS Quidco, £20 TCB referrals, £36.00 tcb Lets Suscribe and am awaiting the IMutual £30.00 and the 5000 Nectar points. Saw 4 joints of Silverside wrongly priced yesterday but did not get it as the cs lady was the one who have me such grief about the gammon at Xmas
