Sorry just to ask again re Paddy Power.
There are 2 deals showing at £30 cash back. Sportsbook and games.

    Which one are people using?

    Thank you

    Have done the sports book.

See it as a free bet given you bet £10 and get £30.30 back.

Even if you lose your £10 your still £20.30 in profit.

If you win then all the better.
Back to square one, no apg, no comment.

Woohoo! I'm back, after none-too-good being offline, and hopefully now it's fixed permanently. There's a lot for me to catch up on - even I won't be trawling through every post and managing all of it - and I notice that T have changed their T&Cs again:mad:. They really seem to want avoiding even price-matching if they can help it don't they? There will be an almighty hell breaking loose - and a complaint that won't stop at T HQ if necessary - if their system either rejects the receipt I've just entered or they apply the new rule to my shop which was done before the change and had 8 items. It's not worth doing T PP is it? Just simply buy the one cheaper item you need at A, S or M. (Anyway, off my near-rant as I didn't intend to be writing this on my return.)

The time offline has allowed me to pull together, in a more organised way, my vs M lists without the "distraction" of logging back on here and spending time reading the posts - but note the quotes around "distraction", as it's distraction without any of the negative connotations of that word being implied, and it's simply allowed me to put more concentration into the products on the M lists. Hopefully when a range of products go back on offer having just come off it two weeks before, I can now simply copy and paste all the varieties from a previous list as that's now on the computer rather than in handwriting, saving having to write the whole lot out again on a new vs M post.

And to get to this point... (if you've got here you're doing well...)
The M list will make, for many people, a welcome return very soon but just a note about a slight change. On previous lists - the Avs M part - I've had "vs M only" against some products.

The "vs M only" was used in two different situations: firstly, when a product was (of the major supermarkets covered) available only in A and M and therefore the only comparison from A would be against M (and you wouldn't do A vs T, S or W as it was N/A in all three - T/S/W - but 10% cheaper than M via the PG). The second situation was where the product was cheapest in M (or cheapest in M and A) and therefore you'd compare Avs M (as T, S and/or W were more expensive). It wasn't clear from the list which situation applied in any given case.

I'm about to alter that and, with my pedantry, they'll now be a slight subtle difference against some items - but hopefully it'll all be very clear: from now on, if it says "vs M only", that means the item is exclusively available in A and M (as far as the APG is concerned) and therefore the only comparison you'd do (exc. NI), would be vs M. However, if it just says "vs M" (and does not have the "only"), it'll be vs M because one, two or all of T, S and W are more expensive. I'm sure you'll thank me as this makes it very clear.

Just a note to say that the M list post will now appear imminently - but, for now, don't use it yet - it will (obviously) only have M prices on it, and no prices for A as I've been offline and unable to check MSM for A - I'm now going to do this - any A (or T) prices that appear on the list right away are out-of-date and only there because I haven't deleted them from my copy of my previous list that I took (and have been amending offline with new M prices and items).

Some of the products I'll post very soon, on the M list, may well even not exist! It's time - almost - to look through the vs M post (to appear in minutes) and watch as some items will change to T items if A items do not exist or may disappear entirely if Avs M does exist but the item is cheaper than M in T/S/W. Those who stay to watch may notice other items dropping down into the 'buy in M: NA A and T' part of the list if neither A nor T stock any equivalent.
