I'm recording Q2 and Q3 which are on at midnight (I think) and then I'm getting up at 5am to watch recorded quali followed by the race :D (I lead a sad life!!)

If I was you though I'd record the race and watch it on sky+ later on on x6 speed until something interesting happens :D
Get the race run in a 1/4 of the time and leave you plenty of time for sleep and glitches :rotfl:

Have to admit that I am liking this idea very much :D I could have the Benny Hill music running though my head watching everything sped up :rotfl:

I think the issue is that Tesco refused to apply the DTD policy, which was clearly in view, and gave as the reason that it did not apply in this particular case where the SEL was out of date because customers were switching labels. If the customer in question is innocent, why not apply the DTD policy - the failure to apply impunes the integrity of the customer. The policy is one that Tesco chooses to offer and has no small print saying it does not apply where the SEL is out of date. My experience is that Tesco's biggest failure is to maintain SELs up to date.

I hope it does get tested at law.

I could (kind of) see the point if the other customer wanted to take T to court over breach of contract, just not slander

I didn't notice a reply when catching up but wanted to say....I don't think the shopping bag was ever a trigger
