NatWest - "Activation Code Has Expired"

Trying to log into NatWest online banking I am getting a message that my activation code has expired. I have had nothing to activate. It's some weeks since I successfully changed my PIN and password which was not because the previous values had been forgotten.

Anyone else unexpectedly getting this?

Update:
Called NatWest. Told to try again. No problem! Diagnosis? "This happens from time to time." My own thought is that perhaps it was some kind of security check as I have been withdrawing large sums in the past week and the agent cleared the flag but I may be completely wrong about that.

I can't think of a good reason why that would happen, so I suspect the "time to time" diagnosis is simply that the call centre staff occasionally get a customer ringing about it and they've never managed to get a sensible explanation from second level support (who in turn probably hadn't got one from third level support, which is what I used to be). I am a bit surprised they were able to clear the flag, although that's obviously better for you I might have expected they'd have to send out a new activation code.

I did say "perhaps" and "...I may be completely wrong about that." so I am not saying that's what DID happen. I did answer a number of security questions but the problem may have been just some transient issue.
