    Should I be reasonably that confident that it will proceed further?

    Just to update the thread, full app went in the beginning of last week.
    I chased NW myself today, apperently it's been offered!!

  • I am in a similar position regarding bankruptcy/repo, and I am looking to apply for a mortgage direct to Nationwide. In terms of disclosure, how would this be done when applying online for DIP, or is it best to go through a broker in special situations like these.
