These
keep ringing every few hours!!
No message is left and I don't give out my Land-Line number out generally. (don't answer numbers mostly I am unaware of as I get a different ring-tone)
who calls/phoned me data is old.

Lord knows why they are ringing!??? Why they don't leave a message!
(I have no debts TG)0 -
Don't answer the phone to strangers.
Block the number.0 -

??
I've had to answer the phone to a number of "strangers" that are doing work on my behalf that have been commissioned by my solictor/mortgage lender etc for house moving related stuff.
Never answering an unknown number doesn't always work as a policy!
I did, in fact, answer to an accident claim scammer attempt that happened to fall inside my "expect randoms" period but they were soon brushed off
The whocallsme site is pretty good, so +1 for that post!0 -
These blighters are still ringing!
Why they can't get the idea/message I am not going to answer!
What gives them the right to keep ringing day after day! (several times a day!)0 -
I don't understand why you haven't just answered the phone. Then you can see what they want, and tell them to stop ringing.
Am I missing something ?
I get lots of calls from banks for someone who doesn't live here. They are only becoming less frequent, because I ask them to take my number off their system.0 -
Er! Just my opinion, but you could just this little eensy tweensy once, try picking the phone up and asking them??:)The world is not ruined by the wickedness of the wicked, but by the weakness of the good. Napoleon0

These runts could leave a message, that's the point of an answer phone, if it were that important.
There's a danger more calls could come in after they sell on your number as live or suchlike.
I am on the TPS register so that should be enough.0 -

If I ring someone, and get an answerphone, I put the phone down. I just don't like talking to machines.
You on the other hand seem to not like talking to humans."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -
