Now I'm back from my travels and getting back to work on the packs of Mornflake Chocolatey Squares, I've realised I didn't get many photos of my time abroad. But I have an idea.

1. This Promotion is only open to people 18 and over who are resident in the UK, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

4. In order to enter the competition users must take a photo with the cutout of the Red Squirrel and submit it via the form on the Mornflake Red Squirrel Facebook Page or alternatively by tweeting it via Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #squirrelsnaps

6. The Promotion will close on 10th May 2013 at 13:00.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for any difficulties in entering or any entries delayed or corrupted.

9. The entrants must be the sole owner of copyright in all photographs entered and must have obtained permission of any people featured in the entries or their parents/guardians if children under 16 are featured.
10. Entrants will retain copyright in the photographs that they enter.
11. Entrants must not have breached any laws when taking their photographs.
12. All entries will be moderated, and only approved photos will be posted in the Gallery.
13. Approved entries will be placed into the gallery and visitors to the promotion will be able to view them. Approved entries may also be posted to both the Mornflake Red Squirrel and the Mornflake Facebook pages, as well as the Mornflake Red Squirrel and Mornflake Twitter feeds.
14. Only the photos published in the gallery will be entered into the Competition.
15. Eligible entrants will be automatically entered into the competitions unless they opt out by contacting us at Morning Foods Ltd (see address above).
16. Winners will be selected by an agent of Morning Foods Ltd. and will be the entry they feel best illustrates the 'Take Me Out and About' theme. Their decision is final.
17. Winners will be selected and notified by email within 14 days.
18. If unable to contact the winner within 14 days after first notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to the second choice.
19. The winner's names can be requested in writing from Morning Foods Ltd (see address above).
20. All prizes are non transferable and there is no cash alternative.
21. If any element of the prize stated is unavailable, an alternative of the same value will be provided.
22. By entering your photos, you give permission to Morning Foods Ltd to publish your pictures on their website and use them in the future for promotional purposes.
