Argos Extended Warranty

I purchased a PS3 for my son, this being second hand but only a few months only. It came with a 3 year Argos warrant which the previous owner had paid and additional £47 odd for. Will this warranty be tranferable to myself (ie the item) or it is only valid for the person who purchased it?
Many thanks

What does it say in t & c0 -
You should be able to. If its damaged (the extended warranty covers accidental damage) take the receipt (should have the PS3 and the 3-year RPC on it, probably stapled to a leaflet) and the item with as much of the original accessories as you can and they should replace it or give you in-store credit for the amount paid for the PS30

Warranties are normally non-transferable.
It's unlikely the 3 year warranty will transfer to the new owner but they really need to check with Argos.0
