car insurance for daughter

hi to all i have a car insured fully comp with the pru ,18 yr daughter as her car insurance with churchill 3rd party only paying around £600 she keeps saying that her friends have there cars on there parents policy as a named driver only having to pay about £250 extra when i tryed this with my the pru online it is correct but that is putting in 7 yrs no claims bonus for me, my friend who has just bought his second car says he had to start from scratch on his second car has you can only can have no claims bounus on 1 vehicle so if i do this at the pru online comes to around £1500 i am only paying £200 a year and daughter £600 a year so it is doubled any ideas how i can do what my daughetr wants ?

You can't, legally.
What the do, in a nutshell, is buy a banger for daughter, add that car to an existing policy (alot of companies will let you carry over no claims if you simply add another car), then insure it as the parent being the main driver and the son/daughter as a named driver.
As noted, it is insurance fraud to do so and is called fronting. Any claims she makes whilst driving it WILL be looked into a great deal of depth as this thing is very easy to spot.
Being on her own insurance will let her build up her no claims, put both of you at no risk of prosecution (for fraud at least!) and will make her next yearly quote alot cheaper.0
