Praise for Viners/Oneida

I put an order in to Viners for a set of 5 pots/saucepans and a knife block. When my order arrived only the saucepans were there and it had parce 1 of 1 on the Label. So at this point my Knives were missing. I then opened the box to unpack my brandnew pots:). The first item i unwrapped was one of the saucepan lids which had a few dents in it so i promptly emailed them attaching a picture of the damage and informing them of the missing item.
Less that 24 hrs later i got a Wonderful Reply telling me a replacement order has been placed as the knife parcel cannot be located throught the courier and that the replacement order may arrive as 2 seperate parcels.
I am in awe that they are sending me a whole new 5 peice saucepan set and absolutely no hassel whatsoever. their Customer service is top notch so a big round of applause for Oneida/ Viners. Also the pots are great quality.:T
