    ive used the honey and mustard dressing it is lovely,what about making batchs of cheese straws and popping some in there

    It's also good mixed in with plain yoghurt to make a dressing to go over a salad etc. or mixed with plain yoghurt and philly type cheese to make a dip.

    I also add grain mustard to casseroles, marinades and mash. It's very versitle. I add a smooth mustard when making cheese sauce as it gives it a lovely kick.

    These sound lovely, thanks for posting them. I can't see me doing any cooking that isn't bacon pasta anytime soon though!:o

    I cook a bacon joint in the slow cooker. Take it our and remove skin. Score the fat into diamond shapes and put a few cloves in the diamonds if you have them. Then spread the bacon with mustard and honey mixed together, Or redcurrant jelly, or apricot jam. Bake for about 30 mins in a hot oven until brown. Delicious, my husbad loves it and cold it make nice sandwiches. The dog eats the skin.
