I've already started the discussion in the DT section but as per usual, people seems not to read the whole document links I posted and jump in to comment about mis-spelling or the way I posted the thread which isn't the subject I intended to disucss. I think there are very important extra changes coming and one caring DWP worker took the risk to warn us about the situation.

Bottomline is if you are 'out of work' parent with children you've already scored 1 point out of 4 or 5 points that makes you to be the target (120K families) and if you don't comply to what DWP asks you within the set time frame (26 weeks), not only your benefits are stopped but your children could be put into care. 'Parent with mental health' was also mentioned so 'out of work' may not only apply to JSA claimers.

Judging by the way DWP has been making bad decisions when assessing people, can you imagine children with ADHD/ADD etc could be mis-judged by 'problem child'.

Apparently, children who grows up in care homes are unlikely to go to prison so that's doubly good news :j
