    Estate Agents unfortunately have the strong lying gene coded into their DNA which blurs everything morally right to them

    interestingly, it is clearly stated that, and I quote:
    'Unfairness' may arise from:
    - giving false or misleading information to consumers ('misleading actions')
    and on page 22
    Here are some illustrative examples of misleading actions. It is not an exhaustive list.
