mobile from Argos keeps turning it self off.

I bought a Samsung smartphone from Argos couple of weeks ago but now it keeps turning itself off and on.

I know mobiles are not covered by there 30 day rule do as its only 2 weeks old will they refund me or will they say you cant take mobiles back even when there is something wrong with it?

    They will investigate the matter. They can't refuse you your statutory rights in the event of a fault. They will not just turn you away the 30 day rule is only if you change your mind, not in the case of a fault. Take it back and see what they say, let us know how you get on and we can take it from there.
